ISLBFS 2025 Registration Information

All registration fees are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Registration via PolyU event system.

Student Registration Requirements: 

To register as a student, proof of eligibility is required. A valid student ID or an official letter from your university confirming your student status at the time of registration and for the duration of the conference, which must be uploaded during the registration process. Student presenters with a first-author paper accepted for oral presentation are eligiable to apply for the Student Travel Grants from SFPE Foundation.

Exhibitor Registration

The exhibitor badge is exclusively available to official ISLBFS 2025 exhibitors.

CPD Certificate

Up to 15 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates will be provided to symposium attendees.

* All cut-off dates are based on Pacific Time (GMT -8).

* If you register after 10 Oct 2025, then your presentation will NOT be included in the schedule of the program.

* Normally, one registered attendee can present up to One oral presentation in the parallel sessions.
