Following successful editions in Hefei (2019, 2021) and Qingdao (2023), ISLBFS has become an important biennial event that attracts experts, scholars, and professionals worldwide. We gather to share insights from academia, industry, and government, reflecting the substantial progress and evolving contributions of the global battery and fire safety community to this critical discipline.

Our technical program is designed to address the fundamental battery fire dynamics, hazards, regulations and environmental impact of battery fire, as well as the advanced technologies for battery fire safety. The four-day symposium will showcase cutting-edge developments through invited lectures by leading battery fire safety researchers, parallel sessions of peer-reviewed paper presentations, and engaging poster sessions highlighting recent advancements.
